... and about a month into it, this week, the crisp autumn air is unmistakable and we're enjoying it, especially when the sun doesn't decide to get scorching again (which still happens, on and off)!
It was the perfect weather for the boys and girls in Ben's class to go on a picnic, and treasure hunt of fall treasures -- with bags they decorated themselves so beautifully with leaf motifs, at the unassuming Acorn Park, just a stone's throw away from the school.

I will spare you the details of how getting a whole bunch of 3- and 4-year olds across the road can be quite a feat, or how much there is to lug, for even the simplest outing when you have children in tow! Parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles, you know what I mean!
But here are the highlights of that wonderful morning, when the little ones got to go a little further out than the usual school playground, to play!
Fall treasures... here we come!

A leaf here...

... and an acorn there...

Back so soon already?

Let's see what you've got!

Now, how about a game or two?

Coming through!

This is everyone's favourite... the parachute!
Flap it high!

High 5!

Higher, higher!

And we all fall down!

How's that for falling for fall?! =)

Looks soooo fun. Pity I have yet to find such a nice park over here. Don't think there is even one!!
Firehorse,
Yeah, makes me want to be this young again... just play and play! ;p
Nomadic Mom,
I hope you find a nice park, and one that you don't have to fork out US$ to enjoy!
This particular park is actually a very small one at the corner of a street, without any playground even. But great that the teachers brought 'props' and all, so the kids could have so much fun!
so fun! my gal loves the parachute too! :)
Yay! Blur mommy! My favourite also!
