Good morning, Zion National Park!
The campout let us bask in nature's gifts... and also the "quiet sanctuary" this park got its name from.
The Virgin River runs through the canyon of sandstone cliffs...
Oh so refreshing in the sizzling heat, after a dip in it! That was also where we had our "virgin" river bath -- in our swimsuits! Guess some things are worth letting your hair down for... especially when it was the closest thing to a bath we could get there! ;p
Feeling the exhaustion, but also really grateful for all we packed in!
More later (an earlier on-the-road post didn't roll out); a quick update with these phone pictures first. Still more to wash and unpack, and have to pack the fridge again... and school supplies!
School is starting already in less than three days, and my boys are groaning the loudest of us all! ;p

your lucky kids!! I miss camping. Enjoy what's left of the vacation, and hopefully you can get some rest when the kids get back to school.
Is Meimei starting playgroup anytime soon?
hahaha.. love the poses! I wish we have all these gorgeous parks to go to during our school holidays here.. your kids are so fortunate. Can you imagine what they'd be doing in our part of the world? Cinema, shopping centres, arcades - well, you can just imagine!
Has school started yet? Hope all went well.. and you don't forget to breathe.... :)
Welcome home! That's one fulfilling trip and I can't be more glad for you guys, that's some unwinding. And I love that natural bath!
Coming back to your later sharing but promise you don't run your batteries flat on the backlogs. One at a time!
Thanks Sahm, Jo, and Stardust! Was caught up with back to school, and didn't manage to respond to your kind comments until now. Thankful for the summer break, and thankful for the precious friends I have in you, HUGS!!!
